RITAS IS OFFICIALLY IN 1.0!

Happy Hal1.0ween! Ritas has finally launched for the first time as a (somewhat) stable release! With 5 deathmatch maps and support for custom skins and voice lines, 1.0 has come out right in time for Halloween! Here's a look at what's been added since beta..

New Maps!

Launching into 1.0 is the brand-new map Nazi Bunker! Battle inside a rundown Nazi bunker with your buddies while uncovering post-war goodies! Crawl through vents, peak behind cover, and snipe your enemies from the deceivingly safe railing as you blast your enemies to bits!

New Weapon!

Introducing the Flare Gun from the creepy classic Blood! This weapon shoots out smart flares that hone in on your target to blow them into pieces! Want to get up close and personal? The flares explosion impact negates self-damage, unlike its other explosive counterparts, letting you go in for the kill and leave with your legs intact. The flares fly much slower than rockets though and have a heavily reduced explosion radius, limiting your multi-kill potential.

Weapon Reworks!

The following weapons have received changes in their balance and effectiveness:

Nicer Nuker

• The Nicer Nuker now has a significantly slower fire rate
  
• Rockets have more radius and do more damage

Plasma Rifle

• Plasma projectiles do significantly less damage
• Plasma Rifle has a slower fire rate
  

Kinemaster Kannon

• Rockets have more radius and do more damage

Mancubus Arm

• Mancubus Shots fly significantly faster,  do more base damage, and do bonus armor-piercing damage
• Mancubus Shots take up slightly more ammo
  
• Mancubus Arm has a slower fire rate

Custom Skins!

Just in time for Halloween, you can now select new skins from the player setup menu! All skins come with their own set of voice lines and sound effects, and can be played across any map and game mode! To change your player skin, option up your "Options" menu in-game, select "Player Setup", then click on "Skin" to cycle through the list of added skins! Skins make no changes to hit registration, so feel free to pick whichever ones suit you best!
